Bandung - Day 2

Our day continue with shopping again....

We wake up as early as 6am in order to get ready to serang

the factory outlet again.

Rumah Mode...here we are..

We were there 10mins before the door open. There were also

a few other groups who have reached there much earlier than

us. The place will get very very crowded if you come a bit late.

Rumah Mode is one of the famous factory outlet in Bandung.

It's a huge bungalow converted to a factory outlet and they have

cafe selling all kinds of local food. So for those who have finished

their shopping, they can sit in the cafe while waiting for the others.

I didn't spend so much here coz the price is slightly higher than

other factory outlets which I can get something similar or nicer.

Ada la beli sikit2... We were there for almost half a day..

After shopping, we packed the snacks from the cafe as we

didn't want to waste time.

Then terus proceed to the next outlets : Secret, Heritage,

Cascade & Summit which is located along Jalan Dago.

I managed to find a lot of things that I wanted from Secret.

Dapatla a few pairs of jeans and some casual and office blouses.

Puas hati!! Cascade has a lot of nice dresses for girls so I grab

a few nice one for my two little girls.

So the whole day is really a good therapy for us...

The day ended up with a nice dinner again at the Sundanese

Restaurant called Karamba. We ordered a set menu again

and the food is excellent even it looks very simple. The aroma

from the rice which enhance the taste really make us wanted to

go for 2nd helping tapi malangnya nasi dah habis... We've been

told that they added some herbs and spices when cooking the

rice. That's why la sedap banget... Before we left place, the

waiter promoted their cookies which is one of their speciality.

It taste like "Kuih Bangkit" .. and it melts in your mouth.

So each of us bought 2 packs. ..a good sale for them !!!

Before going back to the hotel, Pak Zul drove us through

Paris Van Java to see how does the place looks like.

It's a huge shopping mall with a lots of cafe (looks like the

cafes at BintangWalk in KL).

We reached our hotel at 10pm and again we compared

each others shopping and terus pack in the luggage so that

we can agak2 how much more space we have for the final day

after shopping at Rumah Mode..very nice landscape..

Bandung - Day 1

I've been busy like a bee since I came back from my retail
therapy trip in Bandung. Cant even find time to write about
this exciting trip.. I left all the barang2 in the guest room and

finally, yesterday I managed to find time to keep all the stuff

and snap some pictures to share with everyone.

The "Rombongan Cik Kiah" arrived Bandung on Saturday,

25July at 10.30am local time. There are 6 of us in this trip.

We hired a van from the local agent and it costs us 400000 rupiah

(approx RM140) per day incl driver, petrol & parking. After c/in,

we didn't want to waste our time.. so terus ambush the Factory

Outlets in Jalan Dago. I was so excited until terlupa to take picture

but I could still remember the name - Grande, Blossom, DSA &

Happenings/Rich & Famous. These are the FOs we attacked on

the first day. The best part is baru first day shopping, our luggage

was almost half full. Everything looks very nice and cheap if

to compare with the original price. We finished our shopping

almost around 8.30pm until everyone were too tired sampai

dah tak ada energy nak jalan. Macam mana tak ada energy...

we had heavy breakfast just because nak skip lunch so that we

can have more time to do shopping.. Itu dia Cik Timah ...

when comes to shopping, makan pun boleh tolak tepi dulu..

We had dinner at Pak Chi Met Ikan Bakar in Sukajadi. Very nice

and cosy restaurant. All of us ordered the Ikan Bakar Gurami set

(Ikan Talapia). Since we have been starving ourselves for the

whole day, so habis the whole set sapu licin... The food was

exceptionally good especially the Ayam Penyet.

So the first day of our retail therapy session ended with this

lovely dinner and sampai hotel all of us sibuk checking each

others shopping.

What a relief and kind of wonderful feeling of having to do shopping for the whole day.. hahaha...

To all ladies out there I bet you guys have the same feeling when comes to shopping !!

Sorry for not updating on our recent trip to PD..
Frankly speaking, I had no mood to update after we
return home.. Why?

Hhmm... Farhana had chicken pox the day we were travelling
there. Spoilt my mood aje.. But thank god she didn't get any
fever and most of it spreads out on her back. Only one or two
on her face.. When we reached PD, the first thing we did
was to look for the Air Kelapa as it will help to clear the
chicken pox. Then when I went back to work, my Indian
colleague gave me a kind of leave to be used to rub on
the body if she feels itchy and also for her to sleep on it.
Sorry..I didnt know the name of the leaves.. We also brought
her to doctor and were given the calamine lotion plus
some medicines. Alhamdulillah... it has already dried up
and doesn't leave any obvious scar on her body..

Next, I have another drama with my cat..
Remember I took the 3 little kittens (Rona, Roni & Cheeky)
from my MIL's house a few months ago... They've grown up
so big... very hyper, running here and there like a monkey!!

Last Friday, little Roni had an accident. He was hit by a car
while crossing the road infront of our house. It was not so serius
but he had his hipbone dislocated and have to go for surgery
to fix the hipbone back in the socket. So he was admitted to
the clinic on that day itself. Very kesian to see him..

He was limping and can't walk properly. Ms Vet did the surgery
on Monday he was discharged on Wednesday. We were advised
that he has to be on a cage rest for a month. Poor Roni...
Everytime he sees me, he will meow meow at me like begging
to let him play outside with his siblings.. sorry my dear!!
You have to pantang inside the cage okay... Ms Vet supply us
with some antibiotic tablets and calcium syrup for his bone...
Rasa macam bagi anak I makan ubat pulak..hehehe...
Anyway I assigned bibik to do that job since he has to take the
medicines in the morning

In 2 weeks time we have to bring him back to Ms Vet to remove
the stitches and also to give the 3 of them the worms vaccine.

I'll be away to Bandung for some retail therapy exercise tomorrow..

I'll share some interesting stuffs to shop, what to eat, where to go

once I'm back on Tuesday. This is actually my 2nd trip and we

already have a well planned itinerary plus a long list of factory

outlets and malls to visit... I'm soooo looking forward to

be the "jutawan" rupiah for a few days...yuhuuuuuu!!!!

Under the Weather

I was not feeling well this morning. Check my body temperature
but it looks okay. Just feel a bit giddy. When I reached the office,
I can feel my head spinning..

I really can't concentrate on my work and decided to see doctor.

I was told that there is a temperature and low BP - 100/60..

no wonder I felt so giddy... It was about 10am and I was still fasting

but my colleagues forced me to break fast... dia orang cakap

otherwise the BP will go lower due to lack of sugar.. My boss

buatkan a cup of milo kaw kaw... and then I slept in the office sofa

until hubby came to send me home during lunch time.

Balik rumah I had a good rest. Tidur from 2 till 5.30pm and

that's why I'm not sleepy at all now..

Hope I'll be better tomorrow.. I need to drag myself to bed !!

weekend getaway

yes!! the weekend is back again.. I've been counting days
since Monday.. don't know why lately feel very the malas
and tired.. (macam Kak Anie cakap, kena penyakit "M")..
hopefully this is for temporary and will swing back to
normal mode soon..

Tomorrow morning we'll be heading to PD for weekend
getaway. I'm longing for a short break...So for this 2 days
bolehla bermalas malasan... We'll be staying in T** Condo
located at Teluk Kemang. Been there a few times, very cosy
and nice place!! I can already imagine my two girls will be
running around in the condo area like a kuda belang.. from the
beach to pool and playground then back to beach again..
diaorang ni jumpa beach and pool memang excited..

I'm planning to cook Nasi Lemak with Sambal sotong kering.
Then pack like nasi lemak bungkus. We are going to ber'picnic'
by the beach... Can't wait to go.. My mind is aleady there...

Ikan Patin Tempoyak Temerloh

Last Sunday, kami ke Temerloh.... dengan just one intention...
nak makan Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak...itu aje... Ini semua
gara gara Cik Zareda kita yang post gambar dia 'merempit'
then stop makan ikan patin kat Temerloh (click here)
Berjaya dia buat kita tergoda tengok lauk ikan patin...

Balik office on Friday, terus tanya hubby if he doesnt mind to drive to RnR Temerloh... leganya dia cakap okay....

Bukan senang nak ajak hubby gi jauh2 ni... pulak tu durian
dan yang sewaktu dengannya memang dia tak usik....
agaknya dia kesian kot.... thank you dear!!! lap you!!
kalau tak sure mak teringat2...terbayang2kan ikan patin
tempoyak yang tersangatlah bestnya ittew...

So to all peminat ikan patin masak tempoyak, kalau nak
ke Kuantan or balik ke KL, boleh stop di RnR Temerloh
then cari kedai Temerloh Catering located almost
towards the end. My auntie kat Kuantan yang recommend
this kedai...

Ikan Patin Buah - isi ikan lembut and sedap...harga pun cantik..
rasa... memang first class you oll !!!

Patin Sangkar - obviously bela dalam sangkar...:-)
harga pun murah...rasa pun okay... my favourite always
yang kat kepala ada banyak lemak.. memang BEST!!!

opppsss...I did it again

yeahh... i did it again... Unintentionally...

Yesterday morning we went out to send my MIL to see her

eye specialist for follow up check up in KL. So while waiting

for her, we decided to hang out in Pavillion. Since we were

there very early, some of the kedai are still close so we

head to the foodcourt and have breakfast.

Around 11am, hubby went to pick his mother and left me with

my 2 little girls in the mall. So I pun started my 'cuci mata'

activities.. As we walked passed the so called exclusive boutique,

I noticed most of them are having sale.. DKNY, Marc Jacob,

Aigner, Juicy... pasal nak tau how cheap is the sale, so I

went in to kepoh. They are having 30 -50% sale...hhmm..

not bad..some items are quite reasonable after the 50%,

and some are still very mahal...

Then we walked further up and ternampak Coach is having

sale too...okay.. must check this one out... as we went in, the

Sales Assistant greeted us.. " Good Morning Maam. We are

having sale on our selected handbags on the 4th Flr ".

I just smile at them... Naik atas, pusing around the display

rack still tak nampak anything interesting which is up to

my ISO standard.. suddenly i spotted on a handbag on the

other side and they are on sale too... when I first look at the

price, I said... hhmm..still very mahal... then the S.Asst told

me that today they started to offer 50% on this range

otherwise it would be only 30%... terus je otak ni buat mental

calculation... iisyyy..that's quite reasonable!! and suddenly

I was behaving like Rebecca Bloomwood in Shopaholic...

ohh...i need to have this... i'll regret if i dont buy... i will not

be able to pay at this price during the non sale period..

Yesss...I'm going to have this one!!! There goes my budget...

I crash and burnt my pocket !!!

I bought this toe ring as well from Miss Whatever (* i saw

the toe ring in CATCAT 's blog for the first time*).. cool!!

On the same day, at the concourse area, there was a launching

of Indonesian Tourism promotion by the Indonesian High

Commissioner. Their local tour operators were there to sell

their inbound packages. I was not so interested with the

packages but more to their local designers fashion show

and traditional dances..sorryla tak sempat nak snap all the

pix..Here are some of it :

Just wanted to share this with everyone..

BULAN REJAB

Pada 24 Jun 2009 (Rabu) kita memasuki bulan Rejab.
Bulan Rejab adalah bulan Allah swt. Let's overview ada apa
di sebalik bulan Rejab itu.Diriwayatkan bahwa Rasulullah saw
telah bersabda, "Ketahuilah bahwa bln Rejab itu adalah
bulan ALLAH swt, maka:"

1. Barang siapa yang berpuasa 1 hari dalam bulan ini dengan
ikhlas, maka pasti ia mendapat keredhaan yang besar dari
ALLAH swt

2. Dan barang siapa berpuasa pada tanggal 27 Rejab /Isra Mi'raj
(Isnin, 20 Julai 2009) akan mendapat pahala seperti 5 tahun
berpuasa

3. Barang siapa yang berpuasa 2 hari di bulan Rejab
akan mendapatkemuliaan di sisi ALLAH swt

4. Barang siapa yang berpuasa 3 hari yaitu pada tanggal
1, 2, dan 3 Rejab (24, 25, 26 Jun 2009) maka ALLAH swt
akan memberikan pahala seperti 900 tahun berpuasa dan
menyelamatkannya dari bahaya dunia dan seksa akhirat

5. Barang siapa berpuasa 5 hari dalam bulan ini, insyaallah
permintaannya akan dimakbulkan Allah swt..InsyaAllah

6. Barang siapa berpuasa 7 hari dalam bulan ini, maka ditutupkan
7 pintu neraka Jahanam dan barang siapa berpuasa delapan hari
maka akan dibukakan 8 pintu syurga

7. Barang siapa berpuasa 15 hari dalam bulan ini, maka
ALLAH swt akan mengampuni dosa-dosanya yang telah lalu
dan menggantikan kesemua kejahatannya dengan kebaikan, dan
barang siapa yang menambah (hari-hari puasa) maka ALLAH swt
akan menambahkan pahalanya.

"Sabda Rasulullah saw lagi :"Pada malam Mi'raj, saya melihat

sebuah sungai yang airnya lebih manis dari madu, lebih sejuk
dari air batu dan lebih harum dari minyak wan gi, lalu saya
bertanya pada Jibril as "Wahai Jibril untuk siapakah sungai ini?

"Maka berkata Jibrilb as "Ya Muhammad sungai ini adalah
untuk orang yang membaca selawat untuk engkau dibulan
Rejab ini."

Dalam sebuah riwayat Tsauban bercerita :"Ketika kami
berjalan bersama-sama Rasulullah saw ke sebuah kubur,
lalu Rasulullah saw berhenti dan beliau menangis dengan amat
sedih, kemudian beliau berdoa kepada ALLAH swt. Lalu saya
bertanya kepada beliau "Ya Rasulullah, mengapakah engkau
menangis?"Lalu beliau bersabda "Wahai Tsauban, mereka itu
sedang diseksa dalam kuburnya dan saya berdoa kepada
ALLAH swt, lalu ALLAH swt meringankan atas mereka.

"Sabda beliau lagi "Wahai Tsauban, kalaulah sekiranya mereka
ini mahu berpuasa satu hari dan beribadah satu malam
saja di bulan Rejab nescaya mereka tidak akan disiksa di dalam
kubur." Tsauban bertanya "Ya Rasulullah, apakah hanya
berpuasa satu hari dan beribadah satu malam dalam bulan
Rejab sudah dapat mengelakkan dari seksa kubur?

"Sabda beliau "Wahai Tsauban, demi ALLAH Zat yang telah
mengutus saya sebagai nabi, tiada seorang muslim lelaki dan
perempuan yang berpuasa satu hari dan mengerjakan solat
malam sekali dalam bulan Rejab dengan niat karena ALLAH swt,
kecuali ALLAH swt mencatatkan baginya seperti berpuasa satu
tahun dan mengerjakan solat malam satu tahun."

Rebutlah 5 perkara sblm dtg 5 perkara

1. Waktu Muda sblm Tua

2. Waktu Sihat sblm Sakit

3. Waktu Lapang sblm Sibuk

4. Waktu Kaya sblm Miskin

5. Waktu Hidup sblm Mati

Insyaallah..mudah-mudahan Allah SWT memberkati segala amalan baik kita.

Bibik habis contract

This coming August, bibik completes her 2yrs contract.. In
the beginning she would like to extend her service but last month
she told me that she has to go back due to some problems.
I'm a bit stressful...bukannya apa..I hate to train
new maid.. have to start all over again... I really dont like this
part but have no choice... Usually in the first 3 months,
I'll be quite strict with them..tapi tak ada la sampai
pukul maid or siram air panas like the recent case..
that's really cruel!! so inhumanity..

Alhamdulillah, I've found bibik's replacement from agent
P***i***e. The fees has gone up so much within 2yrs..
Really killing the employersla!! And that is not including the
salary lagi.. As a working parents, I admit that we really have
to rely on maid. Tak ada maid, memang susah....
kelam kabut nak handle everything on your own unless if
you're not working.

Recently the government announced that we need to give
one day off to the In**ne***n maid by year end.
I totally do not agree with the idea. To me they can have off day
but they cant go out and mingle around with other maids.
Once they mix with others, macam2 idea diaorang ni dapat..
plus they will start to compare their workloads, salary..
Worst case kalau dapat boyfriend and you might not know
if one day dia bawak the boyfriend when you are not
at home...So to be fair, they can still have off day, but just
stay at home..

I hope I'll get a good maid again.. The new one looks pleasant
in the picture.... harap harap she has a good attitude too..

Part 2 - Mekah-Madinah-Jeddah

Hari Ke 3 di Madinah, everyone bersiap dengan pakaian
ihram. Around 9.30am, we departed to Mekah to perform our
Umrah. Kami bermiqat di Masjid Bir Ali yang terletak
lebih kurang 15mins from Madinah. Selepas solat sunat ihram,
kami berniat di dalam bas dan bermulala segala pantang
larang. I always remind myself not to do things which I'm
not supposed to do sampaila dah complete umrah esp bila
ambil wudu'. Mmg berhati2 betul takut tergugur rambut.
Then, jangan bunuh binatang (takut terbunuh nyamuk/
lalat/semut).. ini yang kita selalu buat kat Malaysia...
so masa dlm ihram selalu have to remind myself...takut
terlupa... Nanti tak pasal2 kena bayar dam...
Seekor kambing... mahal tu... if i'm not mistaken dalam
RM400-500. The journey from Madinah to Mekah is
approximately 6-7hrs.

We arrived Mekah in between Zohor & Asar. So terus check
into our hotel, Al Firdous Tower which is located about
200mtrs away from Baitulharam. Kena jalan jauh sikit..but
it's alright with me... a good exercise in a way... Lepas simpan
bag, berkumpul di Lobby hotel and terus ke Masjidil Haram
to complete Rukun Umrah - tawaf -saei - bergunting.
Mutawwif lead us for this first Umrah. The first time nampak
Kaabah di depan mata, rasa sangat2 terharu , I can feel
tears running down my cheek. Gembira dan terharu diberi
peluang menjadi tetamu NYA dan melihat kaabah di depan
mata. Ya allah I feel so humbled......

Before sampai di lampu hijau di kwasan kaabah, terus niat
tawaf dan jalan sambil berdoa to complete 7 pusingan.
Lucky we bought the book from MPH yang dah siap tali
so can just gantung the book and flip thru aje...otherwise
susah jugak nak bukak buku.
There were not so many peoples after Asar so we walked
comfortably. Habis tawaf 7 pusingan, solat sunat di belakang
Makam Nabi Ibrahim and minum air zam2 (sunat).
Then we proceed to Bukit Safa - Marwah to perform Saei
7 pusingan again. After Saei, i gunting a few strands of hubby's
hair and he did for me as well. Selesai umrah, it was almost going
to Maghrib. So we decided to stay in the mosque. Kalau balik
hotel memang tak sempat. Habis Isya' baru balik ke hotel
for dinner. It was such a tiring day....but i enjoyed what i did
for the day... semoga ibadah dan amalanku di terima olehNYA.

2nd & 3rd day in Mekah, we went for Ziarah Luar to
Jabal Thur, Jabal Rahmah, Jabal Nur, Ladang Ternak
Unta, Muzium Harmain, passed by Mina, Arafah & Muzdalifah.
For those yang nak perform Umrah lagi, kami bermiqat
di Ja'ranah on the 3rd day. 2nd day tak ingat the name of
that place pulak. So we took the opportunity to do our
2nd & 3rd tawaf. This time we did on our own since dah
experience during the 1st tawaf.

4th day which was on Friday, we had a free time on our own.
So that morning, just buat tawaf sunat and jalan2 to the
nearby shops then balik hotel to rest. I decided not to
go for Friday prayer since it was quite packed with men.
I told hubby that I wanted to pusing2 in the Mall dalam Hilton
but when I just stepped into the Supermarket, they off the
lights and were rushing to close the place. Okay..I forgot that
they closed their shop to go for Friday prayer. Even all
the tepi jalan stalls pun tutup and the best thing, they
leave all their barang2 just like that. If in Malaysia, you do
this, I can bet the moment you come back, all your
barang will be gone....peoples here cannot be trusted at all.
In Mekah, peoples dont dare to steal things that dont belong
to them. Kalau kena tangkap... apalagi..potong tanganla..

Friday night we started to packed all our barang .
Alhamdulillah our luggage 'beranak' satu aje... We tried not
to buy so many things coz we only have 25kg per person.
If access baggage, kena bayar RM70per kg.
This has been reminded by Tabung Haji rep before we
left for our trip. So time shopping tu memang beringat2 ...

The next morning after Subuh, we did our very final packing
sebelum hantar luggage down to the lobby. 8am terus ke
Masjidil Haram to perform Tawaf Wada' (Tawaf Selamat
Tinggal). After this tawaf you are not allowed to do any
shopping or to go back to the hotel room and sleep.
Otherwise this tawaf jadi tak sah. So after habis, terus balik
ke hotel and tunggu bas at the lobby. Not long after, bus
sampai and semua terus naik to go back to Jeddah.
Sedih betul nak tinggalkan Mekah... I keep on praying in
my heart that one day I'll definitely return back again .
I'm going to miss the mosque and kaabah very very much...

The journey to Jeddah took us only 45mins. Sampai di Jeddah,
They dropped us in one old shopping mall for final shopping
before going for lunch in one of the hotel. After lunch, we went
to Masjid Terapung on the Red Sea and took some photos.
Then terus ke Airport to check in. Fortunately, there were
not many peoples at the counter. One of the guy in our group
spoke to the counter person and he told us to pay
RM10/person if we dont want to be charged for any excess
baggage. So all of us agreed to pay that amount in order
not to be charged RM70 kalau luggage terlebih weight.
We also brought back 2 bottles of Air Zam Zam which is
included in our package and the weight does not includes
in the 25kg. Check in process went very smoothly. Our flight,
MH151 departed Jeddah at 9pm and arrived KLIA the next
morning on Sunday at 11am.

Alhamdulillah everything went well from the 1st day of our trip.
Semoga segala amalan dan ibadah diterima Allah s.w.t.
Amin...

building another 2 floors to make it 5 storeys...

Banyak betul khemah2 di Mina..Beribu2. Can't imagine

during Haji dgn berjuta2 orang dekat sini...

Umrah - Part 1

Our flight, MH050 departed from KLIA to Jeddah on
Saturday, 09May09 at 3.30pm. Sebelum berangkat
myself and my lovely angels berdrama air mata. They
have never been separated from us all this while. Kalau kena
tinggal pun, at least one of us is at home. So for that one week,
I left them under my MIL's care. Sebelum pergi ke airport,
my MIL dah pesan suruh selawat 3 kali and semburkan air
kat belakang leher both of them, which I did. The reason is
tak nak bagi the kids ingat/rindu/demam. Alhamdulillah,
it worked..

There were around 60 of us in this trip .We used TH
Travel for our first trip. After 9 hours flight, akhirnya sampai
di Jeddah at 7pm, local time 12am. Semua orang dah pesan
once dah jejak kaki di sana, kena banyak2 bersabar. The first
dugaan was a long wait kat passport control. We stand on the
queue for almost 2hrs. Queue tak panjang mana but the
immigration workers are taking their own sweet time.
So sabar ajela...

There were 2 buses waiting for us in Jeddah and one
mutawwif, Ustaz Samhaji. We departed from Jeddah
almost 10pm. Semua dah keletihan, so masuk bas everyone
sambung tidur. Before tidur, dapat packed Nasi Briyani Ayam
lagi..even dalam flight dah makan 2 kali... but the rice memang
sedap!!! Habis jugakla half of the rice...

The journey to Madinah Al Munawarah took us about 6hrs.
Sampai di Madinah almost 4pm. Terus check in @ Anwar
Movenpick Hotel. Waktu sampai di hotel dah nampak Masjid
Nabawi yang tersergam indah. Subhanallah.... terlalu cantik.
The most grandest mosque I've ever seen in my life...
Lepas masuk ke bilik, terus bersiap2 for Subuh prayer.
Subuh disana is at 4.15am. The hotel is only 20mtrs away
dari pintu masjid. When I first step into the mosque area,
rasa macam tak percaya dah sampai disana... Had a mixed
feeling for a while...sedih, terharu, gembira... alhamdulillah
dapat jugak menjejakkan kaki di masjid nabi..

Waktu subuh tak sempat cari geng2 lain so I was alone. Bila
tengok ramai sembahyang di compound masjid, I assumed
dalam masjid dah penuh so terus join saf di luar. Selesai
sembahyang, I decided to go inside the mosque. Waktu masuk
ke dalam masjid, I didnt know that ada lady guard akan check
your bag to ensure that you'll not bring the hp or camera
dalam masjid. So kat pintu tu I terus jalan and suddenly i
heard she called "ibu..ibu.." then she grabbed my hand..
memang panic sungguh dibuatnya. Lepas tu terus beg
kena check.. She spoke to me in Arab tapi sepatah haram pun
tak faham so i replied back in english...and i told them that
i didnt take anything pasal ingatkan diaorang fikir i curi barang
ke... nak menangis dah time tu... rupa2nya dia ada mention
handphone...oohh... they wanted to know if i bring my hp..
nasib baik tinggalkan dlm hotel pasal lupa nak activate roaming...

The first itinerary on the very first day in Madinah is a visit to
Raudhah dimana terletaknya makam Rasullullah s.a.w dan
sahabatnya, Saiyidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq dan
Saiyidina Umar al Khattab. Memang dari awal dah rasa teruja
nak ke Raudhah. As early as 7am, kami berkumpul di lobby
hotel. Waktu melawat di Raudhah for the ladies is very limited
tapi for man, anytime. Ladies boleh masuk between 7am-11am,
then malam from 11pm - 1am. Raudhah terletak dalam Masjid
Nabawi dan diibaratkan sebagai salah satu taman syurga.
Sesiapa yang dapat solat dan berdoa disana, insyallah doanya
senang diterima...but to go inside the raudhah is very
challenging...terlalu ramai orang yang nak masuk since we
have a very limited time. They separated us by countries.
Asian duduk one area and the arabs another area. So
bila the guard called the Asian, berlari2 semua nak masuk..
Alhamdulillah I managed to squeeze in between the crowds
yg berhampiran makam nabi Rasul untuk solat sunat, berdoa,
beri salam dan sampaikan salam pada baginda rasul dan
para sahabat2nya...alhamdulillah...syukur dapat buat semua tu..
Selesai ibadah di Raudhah, balik ke hotel sementara
tunggu waktu Zohor. On the way nak balik ke hotel sempat
jugak cuci mata di kedai2 yang berhampiran..Ada jugak
yang berniaga bentang kain di tepi jalan di luar pintu masjid.

Hari ke 2, lawatan ke tempat2 bersejarah dan masjid : Masjid
Quba, Masjid Qiblatain, Jabal Uhud, Kawasan Perang Khandaq
dan Ladang Kurma. The ziarah program was only a half day
program. The rest of the day is free and easy. In between
Asar and Maghrib biasanya I akan jalan sekejap to the
nearby shops then balik hotel to rest for a while.

Wet day in Madinah. Hujan dari pagi sampai ke petang. Semua solat di dalam masjid otherwise ramai jugak yang duduk/tidur/solat di luar compound.

Pasar Tamar - macam2 jenis ada. The best is of course Kurma Ajwa/Nabi. Kurma Ajwa range from RM70-90/kg.

Kalau yang jenis biasa range from RM10-30/kg.
Beside kurma they also have pistachio, cashewnut, aprikot,

raisin & olive oil.

This is the 1st and 2nd day activities in Madinah. The next

day berangkat ke Mekah to perform our Umrah.

I've arrived safely from my Umrah trip last Sunday (17/05).
Thanks to everyone for the wishes. Sesiapa yang minta sampaikan
salam untuk Rasulullah s.a.w, salam anda dah disampaikan.
Alhamdulillah everything went well.. I still dont have the
opportunity to update about the trip and upload all the pics
taken while we were there.
As usual now Farhana is on exam week so macam biasa, this kiasu
mother tengah sibuk jadi tutor. I promise once her exam dah
settle, I'll upload some pics to share with everyone.

But what I can say is...

Umrah is the BEST ever trip in my life...

I feel so humble....

I bought this machine two weeks ago... not for myself but
for my dear hubby... he has been on hypertension medication
since 3 weeks ago.. so in order to monitor his blood pressure,
nurse aida pun belila benda ni untuk memudahkan kerja...
Every night it's my duty to check his pressure...nak harapkan
dia buat sendiri, berhabukla machine ni jawabnyaa...

sambil check his pressure...sempat check sendiri punya sekali
this is a normal pressure... systolic level should be below 120 and
diastolic should be below 80. Systolic is a pressure created when
your heart beats and diastolic is the pressure inside blood vessel
when your heart is resting...(wahh...terror jugak AKAK...)

Hubby's pressure on medication... still not very good...
sys and dia are still high...kena turun lagi sikit.. doc is
targetting 120/80. He might needs to change his medication
on the next visit... Diovan doesnt really work on him i guess...
Doc said they have to do some try and error until he
get the normal pressure....

I'd like to announce that I'll be taking a short break temperorily...
I'll be away to perform Umrah next Saturday for 9 days...so
this week nak start study sikit.... nanti leka berblogging,
tak sempat nak buat revision.... Please pray for me... Hope
everything will be okay... I'm actually a bit nervous....

Last Saturday, we had a "Jom Kecoh" get together session

in PJ for our batch - Sek Sains Sultan Hj Ahmad Shah.

I've been the unofficial appointed organizer for the past few

years... Asalkan nak buat gathering aje...AKAK ni la yang

diaorang tanya... This time I managed to get around 25 of us...

Ini pun dah cukup untuk menghavockan satu malaya!!!

Pheww....not an easy job to get everyone to come...

Some of us have not seen each others for 18 years...

Memang excited bila jumpa geng-geng lama. Eventhough dah

lama tinggalkan sekolah tapi bila jumpa balik.. perangai lama tu

ada jugak lagi... especially the guys yang gila2 and suka

mengarut... suka menyakat.... whatever it is, I'm so glad to see

everyone is doing well on their own way... most of us are

married except adala satu dua yang still terbabas lagi....

hhhmmm...cepat cepatla cari partner u oll !!!

Last Friday, I joined my friends for teh tarik session in Subang
Parade. Our meeting ended at 10pm.. so lepas tu terus drive
balik. On the way back home, lepas keluar Batu 3 tol in
Shah Alam (about 300mtrs away), there was this white BMW
on the slow lane and I was in the middle lane. This car was like
trying to maintain dia punya speed dgn my car... Bila kita
ke depan sikit...dia pun ikut...bila kita slow dia pun slow, then
try to drive rapat2 dgn my car... I felt something is not right,
so I sped off to the fast lane... and masuk balik to middle lane kat
depan sikit...

Bila dah masuk to Shah Alam exit, I noticed this car ada dekat
belakang again... The I told myself, maybe this car pun memang
nak masuk Shah Alam... but I felt a bit curious.... Dah masuk
2nd roundabout, that car still ada kat belakang even I slowed
down... dah le bawak BMW, takkan tak nak overtake...
I started to panic, terus ambil phone and call hubby. I wanted to
go straight to police station tapi dia suruh balik rumah...
I can feel my hand was shaking esp when I noticed that car was
still behind me when I turned to my housing area... When I
reached home, hubby dah standby at the gate dgn kayu golf
and that car stop about 100mtrs away from our house at one
corner and they off the lights. Dalam 10 seconds, I could see
they on the lights and drove away... Alhamdulillah nothing
happened to me... Rasa nak menangis dah... I was so traumatised
over the the incident... Serik nak drive malam2 again... malam tu
pun tak boleh nak tidur... kejap2 jenguk kat tingkap... dengar
bunyi kereta kat luar, jenguk lagi..... risau sangat...

I really dont understand their motif...kalau nak rompak,
they can hit my car from behind or overtake then suruh i stop...
tapi dia ikut sampai dekat rumah but stop jauh and lepas
tu lari... because of this incident I missed the meeting with
Kak Elle... sorry kak... I was a bit blur that day and dont feel
like going anywhere... hope to see you another time....

To all ladies driver... becareful and always alert with
your surroundings wherever you are...

F1 Qualifying Day

Hubby and me went for the F1 qualifying session last Saturday.
We were contemplating either to go for qualifying or race day.
FIL passed 1 ticket to hubby for the 2 days but we decided
to watch the Qualifying..Race day tengok dekat rumah coz we
can baring2 infront of the TV...lagi best boleh nampak each corner
of the circuit. So my BIL and SIL went for the race day.

It was indeed a hot burning day...and I was burnt like
a roast chicken..Not many peoples turn up for qualifying session..
bagus jugak... otherwise kena berhimpit himpit to see the
merchandising as well as to queue for the food/drink...

I've been the F1 fan for more than 10 years and been very
loyal to my one and only team - Ferrari.. of course pasal
Schumi was the top racer at that time... now Kimi being
the lead driver for Ferrari, he still needs to work a bit harder
and be more consistent... Since the new Brawn GP team
had shown their excellent performance for the first
2 races and menang both of the GPs, I'm going to support
this team jugak... but of course I will still support my
Ferrari team la...

We found them at my MIL's house last week ... menyorok bawah shoe rack outside the house. So hubby and me decided to bring them home coz my MIL is not interested and she doesn't have enough time to jaga the kittens.. our little girls were so excited too..the babies are only about one week young... still tak boleh jalan.. they are so cute.. 2 male & 1 female.

Rona & Roni like kembar..both same colour and sex..sorry ye kak Anie, my kids nak jugak letak Rona Roni... Till today, I still confuse whick one is Rona & Roni... susah nak differentiate.. tak nampak lagi beza... So far they are doing well... drink milk and sleep the whole day... semuanya perut bulat ..

Bali - Part 2

2nd and last day of our trip

We spent the whole morning in the hotel busy snapping

pictures of the beautiful surrounding... My little girls

woke up early in the morning and I let them swim

for an hour. Around 11.30am, Wayan came to pick us up

and we head to Kuta town for some "look, see and buy"

session. He dropped us somewhere near Sogo and

later the Legian street. I didnt buy much things coz

I know the things here are a bit pricy than the shops

in the outskirts area. Even the shopkeeper didnt want to drop

the price so much... tak nak bagi tak apa... I can find it in

other shops.... bye bye laa..

So I asked Wayan to bring us to Seminyak which is about

half an hour drive from Kuta town. The price is much cheaper

here and it's quite easy to bargain. So I grabbed a few things..

puas hati I !!! Before 7pm, we were already back to the

hotel coz my girls wanted to watch the fireworks near the beach.

There was a wedding ceremony at the hotel's chapel and the

hotel left a notice in our room that there'll be a fireworks

to celebrate the wedding couple.

At night, I just walked out to the Spa nearby the hotel.

Very very the murah..cost me only RM30 for 2 hours and

it was such a good massage...sampai tertidur dibuatnya...

The next morning, we swim again for the last round before

checking out. Hhmmm...what a short vacation... Should have

booked a bit longerkan...menyesal pulak.... but this trip is

actually an unplanned one... and never thought of that.

But whatever it is we really had a good bonding time

together...

AND last but not least...Air Badak...very cooling and refreshing...

nice to drink during the hot weather....Wayan bought 1 carton

for me to bring back..so nice of him...

Conrad beach bag...sorry this is not free (which i thought earlier

is complimentary) and have to pay RM50.. so i bought one for

souvenir...

My Sick Laptop

Mr lap top was sicked since 1 1/2 weeks ago... until we have to
send it to doctor for further treatment.. Tak tau la kenapa
suddenly jatuh sakit ...overused kot... the last pakai, at that time
battery was almost gone down to 0% (dalam kereta tak boleh
nak charge)..suddenly it went off...when we reached home,
hubby tried to log in to internet but failed to connect..we tried
again the next day but still not able to get the line...
finally he decided to send to 'doctor'.. so we were
internetless for one week.. it was actually something to do
with the software and they have to re boot the laptop...
everything was gone bila dapat balik the laptop..
nasib baik sempat copy all the pix dalam CD..

ok.i shall continue with my Bali Part 2 yg terbengkalai..
nak transfer dulu from the CD...issyy...lecehnya...
(actually nak sambung pun tak ada mood...macam dah basi..)

Bali - Part 1

GGGGrrrr.....I've been experiencing a very bad internet
connection for the past few days... The speed is
damn S.L.O.W. Tried to load our holiday pics but
end up getting the error message... Tension makkk!!!!
I did try blog hopping..some of it boleh bukak but
time nak masuk comment... fail again....
so for a few days i merajuk with blog site....
But thank god.. the speed and connection is slightly better
tonite .

So.... here are the photos of our short vacation to Bali....

AK900 Kuala Lumpur - Denpasar @ 10.30am..Alhamdulillah
flight was on time...superb!!

After 3 hrs flight, arrived Denpasar around 1.30pm..Wayan pick
us up at Ngurah Rai Airport (alamak..excited punya pasal,
tak sempat nak snap pic..)

From airport, Wayan brought us to this Restaurant -Minang Sayo

Had Nasi Padang lunch....excellent food...and the most
important, it's HALAL... they served every single
dishes they have but you only take those you like...tak nak
jangan ambil.... otherwise they will charge for it...

After lunch, straight away proceed to our main destination...

Located at Nusa Dua beach ...... Conrad Bali....

Peppermint tea for the welcome drink...plus the cold towel.....
very cooling and refreshing.....

the scenery was simply amazing!!!!

excited..the room has direct access to the lagoon...
can terjun anytime....

nice and spacious bathroom with separate shower
compartment... make sure to close the blind !!!

We are at the ground floor...3rd from right..

the pool is only 1.2 mtr depth.... i think the water is a heated
water as it is warm all the time...

Afer spending half a day in the hotel, swimming at the pool,
enjoying the nice weather... around 7.30pm, Wayan came to
pick us up for dinner... And this is the place..
BOS .. Blue Ocean Seafood..located at Jimbaran beach,
which is the famous place for seafood dinner...

Tables are set on the sand.... so the very romantic kan....

Woowwww...the lobster is like monster... my hand was
shaking a bit... it's still alive man!!! the orange colour is
the egg...banyakkkkknyaaa....

Whilst eating, you'll be entertain by this musician...
(only upon request) and make sure to pay some tips..

Bunga Citra Lestari... one of the famous Indonesian artiste

who is married to our local actor performed in

Hard Rock Hotel, Kuta that night.... So I grab the opportunity

to watch her live concert....tengok free lagi... The traffic

was so chaotic in Legian street... Saturday nite memang

MACET....We were stucked for almost 1 hour.... kalau

tak ada traffic, i think 15mins dah sampai Hard Rock.

She's so sweet.... We were there for just a short while..

my two little babies already pengsan inside the car...

Furthermore there wasn't any parking space left....

Full house!! So our pak wayan just park by the roadside for

a while and tunggu the kids..

And mommy...sibuk berposing.... sorry ya...

On the way back, we passed Legian street again...and see..

By the time we reached the hotel it was already half past 12.

Richmond VA... Yeyyyyy!!! I was so excited like a small girl...
smiling from ear to ear.... sukanyeee....
coz I know what is inside the envelope!!

can bangun lambat and do whatever i want... after bangun,

terus check FB and blog hopping... breakfast pun tak lagi...

it's okay.. a cup of coffee and cereal is good enough for me...

suddenly nampak my SIL's status update in FB that she's going

to bring her kids to watch Geng Pengembaraan...since i've been

planning to bring my kids to watch this movie so apa lagi...

called her to book my ticket as well. So we managed to get the

afternoon show in GSC 1U. What i can say ....GO AND WATCH!!!

It's such an awesome movie and full of exciting sequence...

kejap happy... kelakar...suddenly panic and terkejut....

thumbs up to the LES COPAQUE team!! my kids and even

myself enjoyed it very much...lepas ni confirm cari DVD...

After habis movie, have to rush home to attend wedding

dinner in MK. One of my hubby's relative married to Aussie girl...

selamat tak payah masak dinner.... the food was quite nice

and i was anxiously waiting for the dessert... tapai with vanilla

ice cream. sorry....there's no pix coz i carried my small dinner bag..

was so malas to cook lunch since we had late breakfast....

tapi around 4pm, perut dah berkeroncong.... so i just

prepare a simple snacks for teatime.. puri, sardin and keropok

lekor (bought in Kuantan last two weeks)... since everyone

is kelaparan plus the heavy rain yang buat lagi lapar, habis

semuanya sapu licin....

We paid RM350 for return air tickets to Bali for 4 persons...

kenapa????? TAK PERCAYA??????

yeahhhh...that's the price we paid for the Air Asia

promotion which started last week .... I could still remember

that I have to pay RM300 plus for my air ticket alone

to Bali 2 years back..... but this time for 4 persons!!!

very the murah kan...

i was really shocked when hubby called from his office to

inform about the price... mula2 a bit reluctant to go

pasal dah pernah sampai sana last two years with my

partners in crime... moreover we had plan to go

to other place.... but since the offer looks very 'tempting',

so we quickly grabbed our seat... nanti menyesal!!!

This weekend I'm gonna bring down the luggage and

will slowly pack for our trip next Saturday....

kalau tunggu last minute... toner tertinggalla... facial

cotton lupa bawakla.... sure I'll miss something....

i cant wait for this short trip.... going to sit by the beach

again and enjoy the sunset this time....

Pasar Malam Day

Today is a NO NO day to rice.... my kitchen is closed!!
I decided to go to the pasar malam nearby to tapao
something for dinner.. We've not been to the pasar
malam for the past few months so I've been craving
to eat Yong Tau Fu and all the kuih muih...

I'm actually watching Desperate Housewives, so I've nothing

Trip to Kuantan

We were off to Kuantan for a short trip last weekend due to the
Thaipusam holiday on Monday... during our staff party
last year, I was quite lucky... dapatla one of the lucky draw...
2 days 1 nite @ MS Garden Hotel....hhmmmm... mula2 a bit
frustrated...of all the nicest hotel in Kuantan.. apala dapat
MS Garden... why not Hyatt or Legend or Impiana or
Swiss Garden which are located at the beach area....
But since dah dapat... okay ajelaaa rather than nothingkan.....

So last Saturday, we redeemed that voucher for the free stay
and the following day, my dearest booked Hyatt for another
nite. Not much of activities kat MS Garden as the hotel is
located in the town... The kids only get to enjoy the pool..

Then the next day, we moved to Hyatt... Nice resort hotel
located at Teluk Cempedak beach.... The current was
really strong during high tide.... I was playing with the waves
dekat tepi beach...sekali felt like the waves is pulling me...
Really strong one!! So terus ajak the kids to swim at the
hotel's pool which is safer....

On our way back to KL, we stopped @ RNR Temerloh...
guess what... i tapao 2 pieces of Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak....
This is one of my favourite food... Temerloh is very well know
for their Ikan Patin.... Patin Buah la... Patin Sangkar..
i dont know the difference but people said patin buah taste
nicer and more expensive... masak dgn tempoyak lagi...
memang best!! heaven!!! sampai makan bertambah2....
i've no regret when comes to my favourite .. hehehe....

I called my friend "Ms A" this morning as i found out that she
had been terminated by her employer. She has been working
for this company "B" for just 4 months.

No verbal warning.
No warning letter given.
Not even a performance review is done.
The employer just terminated her for NO valid reason.
Poor "A"... She is a person whom I know is very determine,
career minded, and will do everything all out...

Last week, she was called by the boss in his room.
Thinking that the boss might want to review her performance
but instead, she was given the termination of service letter..
Stunned and shocked, she argued with the boss but he was
not able to produce a solid reason. "A" then wrote an email to
the VP who's based in the neighbouring country. According to
Mr VP, in order to terminate an employee, a person
need to have at least one warning letter but in her case she
did not have any.

For all she knew, the boss actually has a plan to hire
someone who he thinks is better in terms of experience and skills.
Immediately on the next day after the incident, the new
staff was hired. What a plan!!

She has now a solid case.
She's going to fight for her pride and dignity...
I wish I could help her but I can just give my moral support..
Wish her all the best and hope she could find a much better
place to land..

I feel very grateful that during this tough time, I still have a job
and $$$ to earn... Alhamdulillah....

Sunway Lagoon trip

I had a big birthday celebration this year... Big party?? Nooo...
My birthday actually falls on the Chinese New Year, 26Jan...
Wahhh..meriah betul my bday this year...
susah susah jer korang bakarkan mercun....
thank you...thank you... to cher...sher sher nie....

We went to Sunway Lagoon... It was my idea....I was thinking
sure tak ramai orang coz the Chinese will definitely be at home
celebrating their auspicious day but I was wrong!!!
The place was damn packed with Malays, Indians and other
races!!! Menyesal la pulak... Since we were already there...
takkan nak balik...so we all redah aje... Hubby bought Two Parks
tickets (wet and dry park)..So we started with the Dry Park..
We enjoyed most of the rides...yg basah baju...yang terbang
melayang...yang menjerit macam orang gila...we tried almost
everything...i really cannot tahan those rides which spin like a
top... my head was spinning too.... jalan pun dah macam orang
mabuk .... but it was fun!!!

Later we proceed to the Wet Park... it was very crowded at the
wave pool.... Again..no choice...masuk aje... Two hours later,
we decided to pack and take shower before we leave.. but
UNFORTUNATELY, again the shower room was like sardine
sampai the whole place was flooded about 1/2 mtr....
gelinya nak mandi... I then decided to just change baju and take
shower at home..

On the way to the parking, hubby ajak to have
dinner in Sunway Pyramid...Alamak...I havent shower yet,
takkan nak pergi dinner kot... But if I say NO, I might have
to prepare something for dinner at home...which I dont think
i want to do...NO WAY...It's my day and I'm the queen...
no way babeh!!! So hentam ajela...as though people know that
I tak mandi... Anyway we had a lovely dinner in Tony Roma's....
Moi ordered the famous Rib....hubby decided to try Scampi Pasta,
my little girls go for Fish n Chips.... Guess what... I totally
forgot to take picture gara2 dah lapar tahap dewa dewi....
didn't crossed my mind at all to take out my camera.... on the
way back home suddenly boleh teringat that i forgot
to snap the pic of our meals..... tooo late laa!! Anyway the food
was superb and fantastic!!! Try the Rib and Onion Loaf !!

It's been such a long time... like almost one month since my

last update.... lamanyaa.... i really missed the blogging world...

I've been MIAing myself for quite sometimes...
I'm sure some of you might be wondering what had
happened to me...kak ummi, thanks for calling me
yesterday... i feel so touch... and that's why
I forced myself to just drop a note to inform everyone
that I'm still ALIVE and KICKING....
It's just that.... I'm so bogged down with loads and tonnes
of works in the office lately. Year end is our super duper peak
season ... so by the time i reached home, felt so exhausted and
refused to look at the PC coz the whole day I've been straining
my eyes looking at the computer...

AND also, I've just lost my grandpa recently.... so I'm still not in
the mood to write, to check emails as well as checking FB..

I'll definitely be back to this blogging world when everything
is back on track....

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish all of you who is reading
this post all the best for this coming new year.
May 2009 will give us a good health, wealth, prosperity and success...

i'm soooo addicted to FB.. almost everyday or alternate
day i'm in FB and once i've logged in, i can spend
hour and hours browsing thru the site to kepoh
what are my friends up to...the latest uploaded pics....

leave some comments or sometime mengutuk or kena
kutuk... hehehee...but it was fun coz all this will strengthen
our relationship.... so this is the reason why i've hardly

school holiday has began since last week... there was a price giving
ceremony on the very last day of school... so my little Farhana
dapat naik on the stage to collect the certificate for her
achivement - "Anugerah Pelajar Cemerlang" for Std 1. Hopefully
she can improve and do better next year.....
Remember that i always act very kiasu & panic tak tentu
pasal everytime before the exam.... when think about it...
tak sia sia jugakla.... so i guess i have to keep on being a
kiasu mother for the next few years.... penat tu!!!

Fish Spa

Last Thursday, my dearest, MIL and myself went for a fish spa
in Subang... my dearest punya ideala ni... i just agree la coz i'd like to
try out.... In the beginning, I felt a bit hesitant to dip in my feet..
It took me a while until i feel confident enough to let these little
tiny fishes to tickle my feet.... OMG...soooooo geli tau!!!!!
The first 5 mins was really a suffering ....but we had a good laugh...
I think i gelak macam orang gila.... lucky there were only us in the spa....

This group of little fish called '"Garra Rufa" will actually exfoliate your dead skin cell by eating them.. The fish originate from Turkey where they are commonly know as "Doctor Fish" for their effectiveness to treat skin disorder like eczema.. It is also good to improve blood circulation and relax the body, mind and soul...

Last Sunday we were at KSA for Farisa's School Concert

She was so excited that day... suka sangat bila dapat pakai make up...

but i just apply a light make up for her.... coz budak2 bila pakai heavy

make up, they dont look really nice....

Since the kids nowadays are so into High School Musical, so they

named their concert "Pre School Musical" with all the

high school musical songs. I can see all of them really have fun...

and I was shocked that Farisa can dance quite well... at home, dia

tunjuk sikit2 aje.... on the stage bukan main dasyat lagi my little

chubby ni....

Charity Carnival

We spent half of the day at Farhana's school yesterday. The school
organised a charity carnival to collect some funds for the library
and resource centre. The best thing is the school sells coupon
to the students.. then mintak parents sponsor some food items and
beverages... then they sell the food and beverages back to us...
pandainya..... but it's okayla... for the sake of charity....

It was quite fun...besides busy stuffing our face with all kind
of foods... there were also some activities for the kids and adults
like horse riding, slam dunk, flying fox, sand art, ghost house and etc..
Near the ghost house, ternampak 2-3 of the students were crying..
takut tengok hantu rupanya.....kesiannnn..... farhana wanted to
go inside the house but i told her better not to do so.... coz there's
no one to accompany her... to ask me to go...sorryla...i'm not
interested to see all this ugly things.... (hehehe...teringat the
Ju On movie...nak tidur pun check bawah katil dulu...)

tanya lagi if he's going alone.....helllloooooo...of course with 'moi' !!!

I'm now sooo looking forward to watch the show since the

West End London group who's performing for this musical show

is one of the best theatre group in the UK.... but i must tell you

something...it took me 3 days to call the agent and finally

i managed to book the tickets.... the phone line is like 'goreng

pisang panas'.... so hard to get through..... sampai at one

stage i almost gave up to call ...nasib baik sabar ....

at last dapat jugak the tickets... Yeyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!

Mourning....

I was hit by an indeed shocking and sad news which I read
in FB yesterday. My junior, Ja, who is also my dorm mate during
school time in SHAH has just lost his 14 months baby who was
diagnosed with 'Biliary Atresia' when he was 2 or 3 months old.
The late baby Wan Umar Zharif passed away on 24Oct,
Friday afernoon.

"BA is a rare disease (~1:1600 newborns) that causes inflammation/
obstruction of the bile ducts resulting in back up of bile in the liver
which destroys the healthy liver. To date, the cause of BA is still
unknown & it is confirmed that it is not caused by food, genetics,
chemical, lifestyle or any other myth that any of you have in mind
right now :) BA is just a Birth Defect! The only cure is thru a
surgery called 'Kasai' procedure' "

I can feel tears running down my cheek after reading the
message. I know it must be really hard for Ja to accept that
the baby who is very attached to her for the past 14 months
is no longer laughing, gigling, crying for milk and playing around
with her little sister.

I can really really understand how she feels as I had faced the
same situations when I lost my little baby, Fariza, who is Farisa's
twin sister 5 years ago. The only difference is I only managed to be
with her for only 9 days after she was born. I just have to accept the
fate and be strong at that time... At the same time I feel bersyukur
that I still have another twin baby to look after.

May Allah give some strength to Ja and her family
to face this hard time.... My pray will always be with her...
Sesungguhnya setiap sesuatu yang berlaku ada hikmah disebaliknya...

I was thinking to update my blog
yesterday but end up sitting in the
kitchen..buat ketupat palas... I bought
the daun last sunday..and suddenly
when I passed by the fridge, ternampak
the daun wrapped in a newspaper
next to it..
Quickly took the beras pulut and
have to wait approx 40 mins until
the pulut masak... I've already frozen the ketupat and later
bila nak makan, just steam it for about 20 mins...
i'm planning to cook Rendang Daging Dendeng this weekend
to eat with the ketupat....

Alamak.. how am I going to slim downla like this....

I've been planning to go jogging since yesterday but my plan
has been 'terbengkalai' coz of the rain..nak drive to the gym,
hhmmm....malas...so end up with no exercise at all... and today
rasa guilty coz i ate a lot during lunch time...
Our staff cafetaria serves a Hari Raya food ... and moi makan
dengan happynya...nasi himpit, rendang ayam, daging, kuah
kacang and lontong...eeiii...banyaknya.... after makan, rasa
guilty pulak.... so I ran to the pharmacy accross the road looking
for a detox tea to get rid of the fats, oil, toxin and all bad stuffs..
And just now, I only have a cup of Horlicks with Dragon fruit
for dinner.... But the thing is...this weekend we have 7 open
house invitations.... hhhmmmm...habis lagi la i !!!!!! ...

We had a Hari Raya get together with my ex schoolmates
last Saturday. So happen one of our colleague from Germany
is back for Raya, so we plan to meet up at my place... Kalau
dah buat at my place.... means I've to be the host and
prepare for the makan-makan....

At first pening jugak to think what to prepare for the day...
and furthermore we were expecting around 70 guests.... Susah
jugak nak budget how much to cook coz takut the food is not
enough... Most of the time pun masak for 3 persons so bila nak
kena prepare for ramai2, mmg terpanic i di buatnya....

But alhamdulillah, we do not have much leftover... just nicela...

The first guest arrived at 3pm and the very last guest left
at 11.30pm ...I was extremely tired... tapi seronok sangat tengok
ramai datang even it was heavy rain plus thunderstorm...
One of my them, I've not met up for 17 years!!! Ehh...suddenly
i feel so old pulak....but am so grateful to see all of them doing
very well.... hope our relationships will last forever and ever...

The Eve of Raya

Hello everyone!!!!! I'm back...It has been quite sometimes since
my last post...goshh...This is the first time I do not update my
blog for more than 2 weeks.... But frankly speaking, I really
really missed my blog and reading all my fav blogs.... Rindu
la kat you guys!!! I've been soooo busy with the Raya preparations
and some days were hit by the lazy bugs plus penat plus
hilang mood.... Okla....let's forget about this...

This year is MY turn... yesssss...so Raya is at my kampung (modern
kampung which is a housing area actually...) in Johor.

Eve of Raya is the most hectic day... macam2 nak buat...

So, these are the things we prepared ...

we had about 70 pcs.... makan with rendang and kuah kacang...sedappp...

at first it looks so complicated but kena try and error baru pandai sikit...

Dapat jugak I cari supplier bunga api..... everynite towards the end of
puasa, they have already started their bunga api session...

The smoke from the bunga api triggered Farhana's bronchitis..

2 days later she started to cough and we had to bring her to clinic

every 4 hours to get the nebulizer... nasib baik 3 kali aje... i was a bit

panic.. takut if doctor admitted her in the ward... nanti camping kat

hospital pulak the whole family...but alhamdulillah..everything was ok..

The only thing that I forgot is to take the pic of all the rendang and
kuah kacang (busy nak makan sampai lupa nak snap some pics you...)

I'd like to take this opportunity to wish Selamat Hari Raya to all

Last week, I did mentioned that we went to SP to do a bit of
shopping for Raya... i was actually looking for a new sandal
so i bought 2 pairs ..and the other 2 pairs are custom made shoes
which i ordered from a shoe lady who always come to our office
and take orders from us.. covenience for us la...tak payah susah2
nak cari kasut..she has all kind of materials and design..and the
most important her shoes are very very comfy.... jalan one whole
day in a shopping mall with her high heel pun tak sakit kaki...
And we also bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of sandal each for
Farhana and Farisa.... sampai rumah this two girls were so excited
to try out their new shoes...

we bought this from SP last week (not all).. coz we bought some

of the skirts and shirts when we travelled last June... if everything

beli at the same time... hubby going to be so broke....

nowadays childrens clothes are not cheap.... some of them

are even more expensive than adults clothes.... but since

it's Raya time...i'm sure every parents would like to see their

kids with new baju.... tak apa la once a while you see your

pocket with one big hole...:(

A day in the kitchen

I've not been baking or making 'kuih' for quite sometimes but
a kind of 'angin' has hit me and I've been so rajin sitting
in the kitchen almost 60% of my day today...

This is what I did ......

i baked my favourite " bread n butter pudding "

and made sardine curry puff for buka puasa

Bread and butter Pudding

1 loaf of bread 3 cups of hot water 3 cups of evaporate milk 1 egg 1/2 cup butter Mix fruits (optional)

Pour hot water onto the bread. Then stir. Add evaporated milk, butter and egg. Mix well. Add mix fruits. Bake in the oven for 30 - 40 mins.

** nak sedap lagi, you can have it with vanilla or chocolate sauce...yummy!!! **

While i was busy in the kitchen...hubby was busy too doing some mischief work....suddenly he called me and show this picure which he transformed me to a RETRO look... hhmmm..not bad...i kinda like it....i wonder if i'd really do this hairstyle if I was in that era....stylo jugak eh....

Wokeyyy...i have to say good nite to you guys....dah lambat you... nanti pening i nak bangun sahur.....and tomorrow we are going to Sunway Pyramid to do some Raya shopping...Yeyyy!!!

Buka Puasa..

BUKA PUASA

This morning during sahur, I was cracking my brain thinking what
to cook for dinner... nak masak ayam lagi...hhmmm...i dont think
so... i'm tired of eating chicken (but that's my darling's fav) this
is the part I always hate.... malasnyaaaa nak fikir....
but i have no choice coz kena bagitau bibik what to take out from
the freezer..

Finally teringatkan the prawn and beef which I bought in the market
last weekend...so this is what I came up with for buka puasa just now :

Gulai Udang Daun Kunyit

Kari Daging

Terung Berlada with Udang Kering

and... Desert - Kuih Lopis

SAHUR

My sahur is very simple... 4 pcs of Hi Fibre Cream Crackers,
4 pcs of Dates and a cup of Milo.... these is good enough to save
some energy for the day.... and at least my tummy doesn't feel
so bloated this puasa time ... hopefully can lose 2kg this month... :-)

Goshh...life has been very hectic during this fasting month....

I really dont have enough time for blogging lately.... I feel the

24hours is not enough... and i wish if we could have 36hrs a day....

tapikan i'd prefer to have the nite time longer than day time....

so that I can dream a bit longer plus do a lot of personal

things...

Almost everyday I'll cook for break fasting...Just imagine

I reach home at 6pm and only have an hour to prepare

our meal (memang kelam kabut di buatnya...nasib baik

bibik tolong prepare all the ingredients) so my job is just to

campak all those things in the kuali...

After break fasting I become like 'ular sawa' ...plus kena hit by

the 'angin malas' ..... but then have to get ready to go to the nearby

surau to perform isya' prayer (but sometimes kalau tak sempat

buat dekat rumah aje) and tarawih....

After tarawih I've to check Farhana's school homework,

buatkan her time table as well as reading Kumon exercise

sheet with Farisa..... memang sooooo exhausted...tapi

sempat lagi spend a bit of time to check my FB and read

my fav blogs.... During this month I usually hit my sack quite

early..I'll try to be on the bed latest by 11pm..otherwise nanti

I've to drag myself to bangun sahur (itu pun after the

alarm clock snooze for the 3rd time... actually I really hate

to wake up in the morning....mmg malas sangat...but it's my

responsibilty to prepare sahur for my family....

By the way, today Farhana completes her 7th day of fasting...

I'm so proud of her ... so far she has never asked

to puasa half day... she even told me that she wanted to fast

as many days as she can.... but sometimes i feel so kesian with

her.... furthermore she's in the afternoon session school...

i'm sure a bit tough...at least morning shcool boleh take a

short nap in the afternoon....

I've taken a pic of her during the first day of fasting last Monday..

Since that was her first time fasting for full day...she looked very

weak like dah habis bateri.... kesian...

The party went well last Sunday... I was ter'panic' for a while as my

friend who cater the food turned up a bit late...but nasib baik he

managed to set everything before the guests arrived...

Overall the food was good...plus the sooo reasonable price...

(hehehehe..harga kawan kawan..thank you my friend!!!)

Most of the kids and mommies enjoyed the games and

dance....even mommy kena paksa..but i know they had fun participating

in the activities.... heyy...you guys so sportingla!!

In my PD post, I did mention that I was busy working on some plan.... not really a big planla.... My little chubby girl @Farisa's going to turn 5 on 4th Sep...but memandangkan it's fasting month...so I've to bring forward her birthday party a few days earlier.... It'll be on this coming 31Aug at our home...

Last weekend i was busy scouting for the party pack goodies...
finally found these

tu coz i've to agak2 how many boys, girls and toddlers are coming... hopefully i have enough
party pack for everyone... thru experience, should be enoughla...

I've actually been organising bday party for my little girs for 6 years in a row... this year I was thinking to resign from organizing the party but both of them insisted jugak to have one ... As a mother, i tak sampai hati and at the same time kesian... so okayla.... this will be the last one...lepas ni I want to have a break for few years.... it's so tiring okay.... from the planning stage, scouting for party pack goodies, packing the stuff, looking for bday cake, clown, the party day and finally cleaning up (i really hate this part...bibik tolong buatla ye..thank god...) ..but still penat...Luckily the next day is still a holiday (to replace Merdeka Day which falls on Sunday)
so I can rest a bit but dont forget..it's the first day of Ramadhan.... So to all my muslim friends and bloggers, Selamat Berpuasa.... I shall update you guys on the party day....Stay tune!!

Port Dickson Trip

I really missed my blog..I've not been blogging for almost a week..
hhmmm....I've been extremely busy after coming back from the
trip on Friday as I have to start working on some plan (will let u
know later)..

We drove to PD on Wednesday evening right after work and
reached there around 7.30pm... My kids were so excited when they
saw us as though we've not seen each others for a long time...
hehehe... I know both of you missed me ....
We had a steamboat dinner on that nite and it was really good...

I was a bit upset the next day... It was my first day and the weather
didn't look very good... It was gloomy in the morning and drizzles
almost half a day... And the childrens were ready in their swim suits,
just waiting to run to the beach...but unfortunately they have to
stay indoor until the drizzles stop...

It was about 2pm when we decided to head to the beach...
By then, we can see the sun started to shine with the clear blue
sky..... The weather was lovely!! We played at the beach, swims,
built a sand castle, went for banana boat ride (managed to negotiate
a good price with the abang boat..tq bang!!)...

All of us really had a funtime together.... Before going back to

the condo, the childrens wanted to go for one round of swim

at the pool....

The very next day, hubby and me had to leave the place early
morning to head to the office...It took us approx. 1hr 20mins to
reach PJ.. My PIL and the kids check out later on the same day...

Eventhough it was a short trip, I really enjoyed the break with
all of them.... I wish I could stay longer to enjoy the place and food,
the breeze and esp the sunset.....I'll definitely come back again

next time!!

The school holiday is now over... Today all of the childrens are
back to school...

I'm back to my normal routine too....

My two girls are off to Port Dickson tomorrow with my PIL and SIL...

*sob*sob*sob*....i'm so sad but they are so excited to go....camna tu..

I'll only be joining them later on Wednesday.. the reason why i'm not

going with them is coz my annual leave left only 2 more

days for 2008..i repeat again.. 2 more days ONLY.. so sadkan...

so i'm taking one day off on Thursday and keeping the

2 days for my Raya leave...

Yesterday we went to PG and bought a new swimsuits for them.

See... how happy they are!!

They'll definitely going to have fun and will be spending times

swimming and playing with their cousins who are about the same

age with them..

So have fun my dearie... Mama will see you on Wednesday evening!!!

Make sure you behave and dont be naughty okay...

A trip to MAHA 2008

The school break starts today. Since we didn't have any plan and
the girls have no 'mengaji' class, so hubby and me decided to check
out the MAHA 2008 (Malaysia Agriculture and Agrotourism Exhibition)
which started last Wednesday in Serdang

We were there around 10am and a lot of peoples have already arrived
at the expo. I'm quite impressed as they provide a tram which you
can hop in and off ... It's a very huge area so everyone needs to take
the tram to go from one point to another...they have like the main
exhibition hall, the paddy field area , vegetables farm, Livestock, etc...
very interesting indeed...

There are a lot of things to see, a lot of foods to taste, learn something
new and a good place for the small and medium scale industries to
promote their local products....

Talking about food, while walking in the main exhibition hall, I found
a stall called Kopiesatu... their concept is similar to the Starbucks
and Coffee Bean but instead of using the imported coffee, they use
local coffee...really 'kaw kaw' punya coffee..hubby bought the Iced
Blended Mocha and me the Iced Blended Cappucino .... to all the
coffee lovers, I tell you...it's heaven!!!!! memang sedap bangat...
If there is Coffee Bean and Kopiesatu next to each other, I'll
definitely opt for KOPIESATU!!!

a) Cameras
Bloggers are ever ready with cameras whether it's over dinner,
a day trip to Seremban, at work, on holiday or even a simple
trip to the loo. Most bloggers own a camera and we tend to snap
at everything we come across, be it that cute kitten by the
roadside or a misleading roadsign or two. Anything that inspires
is worth a shot.
Laracroft74 - i don carry my camera all the time..only at certain
occasion when I feel the need to have some pictures posted in my blog

b) Internet addiction
For most of us, internet is like a fifth limb. Take away my
internet connection and you might as well take away my life.
Laracroft74 - i dont think I can survive without internet...
MATIKUTU i.... i need to check FB, emails, my newborn
blog, upload songs..etc..i'm very sure that you guys are the
same too...)

c) Different priorities
We talk about comments and traffic as if that's all we care about.
It's a habit and I'm sure most bloggers would say the first thing
they do afer logging on would be to check for the comments and
finding out the traffic. It's almost essential as coffee and it
becomes a routine like reading the morning newspaper. In fact,
many of us would feel uncomfortable if we did not do this
during our morning ritual.
Laracroft74 - this is soooo like me..hehehe... whenever i reach
office very early, the first thing i'd do is to read all my fav blogs...
to me, reading a blog is like ready the morning newspaper...

d) Inquisitive
We want to be know it-alls. We are always full of questions and
we want our answer in full detail. With this in mind, dont' fret
if a bunch of people descend on a restaurant, questioning
everything in sight and pestering the waiters.
Laracroft74 - again i guess, it depends on what you are blogging..
If it's about life, daily routine, baking, cooking, crafting, then
i dont think you are in this category..

An evening at The Park

Thank god...alhamdulillah... I'm so relief... you guys must be
wondering why... Actually, Farhana finished her 3rd quarter
school test today. I don't know why I become so 'kiasu' everytime
she's having her exam..REALLY!!! she's only in the Std 1 but
I'll be the most panic person on earth a few days before the
exam.. I'll keep on giving her pages and pages of exercise,
sit down with her and do some revision and scolded her if she
failed to answer correctly...**SIGH** now I feel very bad..:-(

Actually she has been doing well but as a mother, I always want
her to do the "BESTEST"....hhmm..as though i ni bagus sangat
during my school time...hehee..it's okay, she doesnt' know what
I did last summer..;-))

SO...since she has finished her test, I brought her to the park nearby
our house. She had good time with her little chubby sister, enjoying
the slide and swing. Left them with bibik and I went for a 30 mins
jog ( was actually planning to go to Gym but since hubby cancelled his badminton,
I then decided to jog near the park ).

My kids and their Strawberry Shortcake

Last Saturday, my two little girls were so excited. They've

finally slept in their own room after I put on the Strawberry Shortcake

bedsheet (hehehe..all this while they slept with us...)

But they haven't officially moved in until hubby fix the AC unit.

Temporarily they have to bear with the ceiling fan. I need to

put some children's deco as well. I have 2 sets of those glow in the

dark and will put it for them over the weekend. Also, need to

have the curtain changed too....

Midnite Emergency Marketing @ Tesco

I just came back from my midnite marketing in Tesco about

two hours ago. This is an unplanned marketing coz suddenly I feel

like making Soto Ayam for lunch tomorrow. The ingredients

pun tak ada..so I have to rush to Tesco....nak makan punya

pasal, sanggup drive out....

Suprisingly, there were quite a number of peoples doing their

late nite groceries. I guess they wanted to avoid the daytime

crowd...hhmmm.....I think I need to switch to midnite marketing

jugakla.. So I can walk freely without banging on other peoples trolley...

hehehee...sometimes I purposely langgar esp if they are so

busy looking at the barang2 on the rack and just leave their trolley

in the middle of the aisle....issyy...orang nak lalu pun susah...

Also, I hate the long queue at the payment counter...most of them

have mountains of stuff in their trolley...so just imagine how long

one have to wait....huhhh...luckily nowadays I only buy things

as and when needed (since the price hike la...)..Previously, I used

to stock up groceries once a month....but now I'm trying

to spend wisely.....I realized that I've saved quite a bit...otherwise

I end up buying stuff which I dont use and suddenly realize it

has already expired....really membazir betul....

While I was trying to look for the Instant Ketupat Nasi (rice cube),

I found this instant Ketupat Palas(made of glutinous rice)...

Nampak sedap...All this while esp during raya, I'll buy the

'daun palas' from market and make the Ketupat Palas myself

(which I learned from MIL and hubby's late grandma)..Am going to

experiment this instant one and if the taste is good.. I shall then

buy this for Raya...but the only thing is.. no originality... tak kisahla...

janji sedap beb !! Not easy okay to make the real ketupat palas..

a lot of works and a bit messy.....

MPH Sale

I was down with fever on Monday and was given a
a 2 days MC. Today I'm back to work with
full blast of energy and ready to gear up.....hhmmm..
I'm so impressed that i managed to clear the two days
piles of work......terror jugak makk...hehehe..perasan

Last Thursday, I was at the MPH store in SACC.
MPH had a three days sale last week starting on Wed-Fri.
All members enjoyed 20% off the normal price.

I took the opportunity to grab a few books since
they were on sale....

Recently, I've been addicted to the SHOPAHOLIC series
(introduced by my SIL) and managed to get a few of them.
To those who loves shopping, I highly recommend this books.
It's about this lady.. Bex, a financial expert who tell people
on how to manage their money but in her leisure time, she
loves to spend her money shopping...shopping and shopping...
She just cant stop spending her money!!! I wish I could be like
her....just spend, spend and spend...and think that money will
fall from the sky.... bahagianya hidup...

Near the store entrance, they displayed this book - Reaching
For the Stars which was written by the late brother of our
Mr Angkasawan. I haven't had a chance to read it yet but just
flipped through the content and found it very inspirational
and motivational....

In total I only spent RM70 for these four books... worth paying...:-)

i'm quite a particular person.... my answer will be C.
Anything in a tube, i will squeeze from the bottom.
The reason why is at least i know how much more left
in the tube. If you are used to squeeze from the bottom,
it will then become a habit and you do not have to think
which part to squeeze when you just wake up in the morning
which i know most of you are still in the half awake mode.

The Flu Virus

I dont feel very well today...I've been attacked by the
flu bug and it makes me feel a bit feverish... I felt so
penat and lembik....so my kitchen is temporarily
closed and will resume to its normal operation
till everything is back to normal...:-(

So the whole day, I just relax and make myself
pengsan....
That's why at this time I'm still awake, busy updating
my blog when everyone is already snoring on
the bed...

I had been busy for the past few days..hmmm tak

Anyway..I'd like to share a bit on the chelsea vs msia

football match...Me and hubby had the opportunity

to watch the friendly match last Tuesday at

Stadium Melawati, Shah Alam...As you guys have

already knew, Chelsea wrapped up their Asian Tour

beating the Malaysian team 2-0.

I was so excited and really enjoyed the game even

I'm not really a football fan...Frankly speaking, that

was the first time I watched a live football...It's all

because of the Chelsea team with most of the best

players : Lampard, John Terry, J Cole, Shevchenko.

Nak suruh tgk Selangor vs Neg Sembilan...hmmm..

i dont think sooo....tak minat....

I was at work yesterday (we work alternate saturday)...hmm i wonder
when can we have every saturday off....everyone is at home and
i've to go to work...eiii...BORING!!BORING!!BORING!!!

Anyway..i just cleared some work emails plus a bit of filings when suddenly
one of my colleageue came to our office to tell us her 'drama'...apparently
she has not been in a good term with her house cum officemate lately....
they've not been talking to each others... they are totally not happy with
each others..... they've been complaining about each others behind their
back...both of them are my good friends.... i'd prefer not to interfere.....
i can just give my piece of advice..... but they really need to sit down and
discuss their problems before things get worst....

Have you guys faced this kind of situation.... i loved both of them..and i
can't be siding to one party.... I'm stucked...

Two months ago, when I found out that my weight has gone up to 50kg (panic kejap you..) plus my pant getting a bit tight, I started to control my rice intake. ...NO santan (substitute with fresh milk)...NO monosodium glutamate..and LESS oily food...

I try to avoid rice as much as I can especially for dinner..so I came out with my own rule :

Rice will be cooked ONLY 3-4 times a week for dinner. full stop. The rest of the days makan
bread or paratha kawanku or capati or naan... which i think quite healthy jugakla...plus less calories..

So pasal dah a few days (since monday) tak makan nasi..last nite i decided to cook for dinner.
And these were what i cooked :

* Kacang buncis with ikan bilis and telur
* Ikan cencaru bakar
* Sotong masak limau purut

hhhmmmm...sungguh menyelerakan... tambah nasi En Haslan i ....bon a petit!!!

I've been trying to live healthily eversince I found out my LDL (bad) cholestrol is a

bit higher than what it should be. This was 2 years ago (2006) lepas buat cholestrol

check up and the LDL was 3.88. Ideally it should be less than 2.58 but lucky the total

cholestrol is still okay.

That is when I started to get myself registered with Celeb Fitness. Siap hired a personal

trainer lagi for about 40 sessions. On top of that , I joined some of the classes - fun step, fitball,

body pump (keras muscle mak lepas tu...) and sometimes the basic yoga.

Last year, i managed to prove that exercises do help a lot to reduce cholestrol level plus

can lose some weights. I was shocked that the LDL cholestrol dropped to 3.11..happy gilaa....penat lelah pegi Gym berbaloi!!!

This year, Ive yet to go for the c/up..planning to do before the fasting month...Kalau tunggu lepas raya..confirm kena kira cholestrol from the rendang, kuah kacang, lodeh, cookies,

cakes from the one month open house...oooo...tak boleh...that's very bad for my health...

i must keep myself alert.. makan berpada2.. jgn tak ingat dunia....

What is our purpose in life?

This morning I received an email from a colleague of mine... It's about life... kinda beautiful write up...something for you to ponder and make you realize that you always want the best things in life like having a good job, aiming for a high position and trying to earn more money...BUT sometimes we tend to forget that by concentrating on these, we fail to enjoy

our life..

To me, they need to be balance. You can be very ambitious to reach for everythings but in the same time you must not forget to enjoy, have a good life and have a quality time with your loved ones... Live simply, care deeply, speak kindly and the most important be grateful..

" And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count..It's the life in

your years..."

Yippeee!!!!! Finally i've created my own blog... i can now start to express my feelings into the form of writing...which i think i'm not that creative.... and i've never wrote before... NOT even a single LOVE LETTER!!! eiiii..tak kuasa mak!!!! the last time i wrote was during my school time...buat karangan with a max of 350 perkataan...hehehehe....

hmmm...but gimme a try!!! let's see how it goes.....i'll try to make my blog as interesting as i could....tapi apa aku nk citer ye.... don't worry!! i'll think about it later..

What makes me want to start blogging.... hhhmmm..I actually used to kepoh on other peoples blog..browsing from one to another.... checking on their creativity, what are they up too, read what is on their mind... beside that, you can share ideas, tips, recipe, etc... i found it quite interesting and was thinking to have my own one.... and here it comes....The Ups and Downs in Life.... till then..see you guys in the next post...
