My colleagues..
I was at work yesterday (we work alternate saturday)...hmm i wonder
when can we have every saturday off....everyone is at home and
i've to go to work...eiii...BORING!!BORING!!BORING!!!
Anyway..i just cleared some work emails plus a bit of filings when suddenly
one of my colleageue came to our office to tell us her 'drama'...apparently
she has not been in a good term with her house cum officemate lately....
they've not been talking to each others... they are totally not happy with
each others..... they've been complaining about each others behind their
back...both of them are my good friends.... i'd prefer not to interfere.....
i can just give my piece of advice..... but they really need to sit down and
discuss their problems before things get worst....
Have you guys faced this kind of situation.... i loved both of them..and i
can't be siding to one party.... I'm stucked...

Dinner
Two months ago, when I found out that my weight has gone up to 50kg (panic kejap you..) plus my pant getting a bit tight, I started to control my rice intake. ...NO santan (substitute with fresh milk)...NO monosodium glutamate..and LESS oily food...
I try to avoid rice as much as I can especially for dinner..so I came out with my own rule :
Rice will be cooked ONLY 3-4 times a week for dinner. full stop. The rest of the days makan
bread or paratha kawanku or capati or naan... which i think quite healthy jugakla...plus less calories..
So pasal dah a few days (since monday) tak makan nasi..last nite i decided to cook for dinner.
And these were what i cooked :
* Kacang buncis with ikan bilis and telur
* Ikan cencaru bakar
* Sotong masak limau purut

The healthy living...
I've been trying to live healthily eversince I found out my LDL (bad) cholestrol is a
bit higher than what it should be. This was 2 years ago (2006) lepas buat cholestrol
check up and the LDL was 3.88. Ideally it should be less than 2.58 but lucky the total
cholestrol is still okay.
That is when I started to get myself registered with Celeb Fitness. Siap hired a personal
trainer lagi for about 40 sessions. On top of that , I joined some of the classes - fun step, fitball,
body pump (keras muscle mak lepas tu...) and sometimes the basic yoga.
Last year, i managed to prove that exercises do help a lot to reduce cholestrol level plus
can lose some weights. I was shocked that the LDL cholestrol dropped to 3.11..happy gilaa....penat lelah pegi Gym berbaloi!!!
This year, Ive yet to go for the c/up..planning to do before the fasting month...Kalau tunggu lepas raya..confirm kena kira cholestrol from the rendang, kuah kacang, lodeh, cookies,
cakes from the one month open house...oooo...tak boleh...that's very bad for my health...
i must keep myself alert.. makan berpada2.. jgn tak ingat dunia....

Life...
What do you want in life?
What is our purpose in life?
What will our destiny or fate be?
This morning I received an email from a colleague of mine... It's about life... kinda beautiful write up...something for you to ponder and make you realize that you always want the best things in life like having a good job, aiming for a high position and trying to earn more money...BUT sometimes we tend to forget that by concentrating on these, we fail to enjoy
our life..
To me, they need to be balance. You can be very ambitious to reach for everythings but in the same time you must not forget to enjoy, have a good life and have a quality time with your loved ones... Live simply, care deeply, speak kindly and the most important be grateful..
" And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count..It's the life in
your years..."

My First Post!!!
Yippeee!!!!! Finally i've created my own blog... i can now start to express my feelings into the form of writing...which i think i'm not that creative.... and i've never wrote before... NOT even a single LOVE LETTER!!! eiiii..tak kuasa mak!!!! the last time i wrote was during my school time...buat karangan with a max of 350 perkataan...hehehehe....
hmmm...but gimme a try!!! let's see how it goes.....i'll try to make my blog as interesting as i could....tapi apa aku nk citer ye.... don't worry!! i'll think about it later..
What makes me want to start blogging.... hhhmmm..I actually used to kepoh on other peoples blog..browsing from one to another.... checking on their creativity, what are they up too, read what is on their mind... beside that, you can share ideas, tips, recipe, etc... i found it quite interesting and was thinking to have my own one.... and here it comes....The Ups and Downs in Life.... till then..see you guys in the next post...
