Bali - Part 2

2nd and last day of our trip

We spent the whole morning in the hotel busy snapping

pictures of the beautiful surrounding... My little girls

woke up early in the morning and I let them swim

for an hour. Around 11.30am, Wayan came to pick us up

and we head to Kuta town for some "look, see and buy"

session. He dropped us somewhere near Sogo and

later the Legian street. I didnt buy much things coz

I know the things here are a bit pricy than the shops

in the outskirts area. Even the shopkeeper didnt want to drop

the price so much... tak nak bagi tak apa... I can find it in

other shops.... bye bye laa..

So I asked Wayan to bring us to Seminyak which is about

half an hour drive from Kuta town. The price is much cheaper

here and it's quite easy to bargain. So I grabbed a few things..

puas hati I !!! Before 7pm, we were already back to the

hotel coz my girls wanted to watch the fireworks near the beach.

There was a wedding ceremony at the hotel's chapel and the

hotel left a notice in our room that there'll be a fireworks

to celebrate the wedding couple.

At night, I just walked out to the Spa nearby the hotel.

Very very the murah..cost me only RM30 for 2 hours and

it was such a good massage...sampai tertidur dibuatnya...

The next morning, we swim again for the last round before

checking out. Hhmmm...what a short vacation... Should have

booked a bit longerkan...menyesal pulak.... but this trip is

actually an unplanned one... and never thought of that.

But whatever it is we really had a good bonding time

together...

laidback session... me and one of my friend who went with us

swimming session again... so nice..we conqeur the pool..

the water and campak to the sand....have to balut

my hand with plastic bag... scare if it is poisonous ke...

My Uluwatu stuff...Uluwatu is a wellknown shop in Bali which

sells the Balinese handmade lace

and tarraaaaaa...my Uluwatu blouse...

this one bought from Sogo...they were on sale...if i'm not

mistaken about rm30...murahh bu....

for the girlz... also found in Sogo

cheap and nice clips and bracelets from the tepi jalan shops...

Ceramic bowl from Seminyak...less than rm50..

Table runner... less than RM30.... murah bangat dong....


AND last but not least...Air Badak...very cooling and refreshing...

Lychee, Melon, Apple, Orange and Strawberry flavour...

nice to drink during the hot weather....Wayan bought 1 carton

for me to bring back..so nice of him...

Conrad beach bag...sorry this is not free (which i thought earlier

is complimentary) and have to pay RM50.. so i bought one for

souvenir...

My Sick Laptop

Mr lap top was sicked since 1 1/2 weeks ago... until we have to
send it to doctor for further treatment.. Tak tau la kenapa
suddenly jatuh sakit ...overused kot... the last pakai, at that time
battery was almost gone down to 0% (dalam kereta tak boleh
nak charge)..suddenly it went off...when we reached home,
hubby tried to log in to internet but failed to connect..we tried
again the next day but still not able to get the line...
finally he decided to send to 'doctor'.. so we were
internetless for one week.. it was actually something to do
with the software and they have to re boot the laptop...
everything was gone bila dapat balik the laptop..
nasib baik sempat copy all the pix dalam CD..

ok.i shall continue with my Bali Part 2 yg terbengkalai..
nak transfer dulu from the CD...issyy...lecehnya...
(actually nak sambung pun tak ada mood...macam dah basi..)

Bali - Part 1

GGGGrrrr.....I've been experiencing a very bad internet
connection for the past few days... The speed is
damn S.L.O.W. Tried to load our holiday pics but
end up getting the error message... Tension makkk!!!!
I did try blog hopping..some of it boleh bukak but
time nak masuk comment... fail again....
so for a few days i merajuk with blog site....
But thank god.. the speed and connection is slightly better
tonite .

So.... here are the photos of our short vacation to Bali....
let the pics do all the talking ya....



AK900 Kuala Lumpur - Denpasar @ 10.30am..Alhamdulillah
flight was on time...superb!!

After 3 hrs flight, arrived Denpasar around 1.30pm..Wayan pick
us up at Ngurah Rai Airport (alamak..excited punya pasal,
tak sempat nak snap pic..)


From airport, Wayan brought us to this Restaurant -Minang Sayo




Had Nasi Padang lunch....excellent food...and the most
important, it's HALAL... they served every single
dishes they have but you only take those you like...tak nak
jangan ambil.... otherwise they will charge for it...

After lunch, straight away proceed to our main destination...

Located at Nusa Dua beach ...... Conrad Bali....



Peppermint tea for the welcome drink...plus the cold towel.....
very cooling and refreshing.....

The main pool... taken from hotel lobby.... i was speechless..
the scenery was simply amazing!!!!



Lagoon room... Room 1212...



our bedroom from the bathroom... my little chubby was so
excited..the room has direct access to the lagoon...
can terjun anytime....


nice and spacious bathroom with separate shower
compartment... make sure to close the blind !!!



We are at the ground floor...3rd from right..



the pool is only 1.2 mtr depth.... i think the water is a heated
water as it is warm all the time...

Afer spending half a day in the hotel, swimming at the pool,
enjoying the nice weather... around 7.30pm, Wayan came to
pick us up for dinner... And this is the place..
BOS .. Blue Ocean Seafood..located at Jimbaran beach,
which is the famous place for seafood dinner...

Tables are set on the sand.... so the very romantic kan....

Woowwww...the lobster is like monster... my hand was
shaking a bit... it's still alive man!!! the orange colour is
the egg...banyakkkkknyaaa....


Whilst eating, you'll be entertain by this musician...
(only upon request) and make sure to pay some tips..

Bunga Citra Lestari... one of the famous Indonesian artiste

who is married to our local actor performed in

Hard Rock Hotel, Kuta that night.... So I grab the opportunity

to watch her live concert....tengok free lagi... The traffic

was so chaotic in Legian street... Saturday nite memang

MACET....We were stucked for almost 1 hour.... kalau

tak ada traffic, i think 15mins dah sampai Hard Rock.

She's so sweet.... We were there for just a short while..

my two little babies already pengsan inside the car...

Furthermore there wasn't any parking space left....

Full house!! So our pak wayan just park by the roadside for

a while and tunggu the kids..

And mommy...sibuk berposing.... sorry ya...

On the way back, we passed Legian street again...and see..

The Stilt Man surrounded by the girls...

the bombing place was a few mtrs away from this pub...

tak sempat nak snap pic... was too exhausted by this time..

no mood to take picturesla..

By the time we reached the hotel it was already half past 12.

One day is already gone....

I shall continue with Part 2 very soon....

Landed safely from Bali yesterday evening...
Arrived home, terus check mailbox....
OOOhhhhhhh...I've got mail!!!!! An orange envelope from
Richmond VA... Yeyyyyy!!! I was so excited like a small girl...
smiling from ear to ear.... sukanyeee....
coz I know what is inside the envelope!!

USD10 for being the winner to guess the price of a plate of
Rice with some other side dishes @ Kayu Nasi Kandar.
I got the exact amount - RM13.50.... lucky me!!!
that was my 'hentam saja' answer...
THANKS SO MUCH Cath.... I'll keep it as a souvenir....



As well as this lovely card.... I was so touched.....
It is indeed a pleasure to have you as a friend too...


I still havent finished unpacking.... so malas and tired...
2 loads of dirty laundry settled last nite and this morning...
the bag is still 'terbengkalai' on the bed... will continue
to clear everything by tomorrow...
