the beginning she would like to extend her service but last month
she told me that she has to go back due to some problems.
I'm a bit stressful...bukannya apa..I hate to train
new maid.. have to start all over again... I really dont like this
part but have no choice... Usually in the first 3 months,
I'll be quite strict with them..tapi tak ada la sampai
pukul maid or siram air panas like the recent case..
that's really cruel!! so inhumanity..
Alhamdulillah, I've found bibik's replacement from agent
P***i***e. The fees has gone up so much within 2yrs..
Really killing the employersla!! And that is not including the
salary lagi.. As a working parents, I admit that we really have
to rely on maid. Tak ada maid, memang susah....
kelam kabut nak handle everything on your own unless if
you're not working.
Recently the government announced that we need to give
one day off to the In**ne***n maid by year end.
I totally do not agree with the idea. To me they can have off day
but they cant go out and mingle around with other maids.
Once they mix with others, macam2 idea diaorang ni dapat..
plus they will start to compare their workloads, salary..
Worst case kalau dapat boyfriend and you might not know
if one day dia bawak the boyfriend when you are not
at home...So to be fair, they can still have off day, but just
stay at home..
I hope I'll get a good maid again.. The new one looks pleasant
in the picture.... harap harap she has a good attitude too..

Ooo..yours leaving too?? My Bibik is also going home before puasa. Akhhsss...so menyedihkan. Mine has been with me for as long as I cn remember. Her replacement is already here, infact her own menantu.

about bibik.. penin jugak kan.. the fess is increasing and trauma dapat bibik bes ke tak bes..
Relationship between maid ngan employer ni cam "benci tapi rindu".. u dont like them but u need them.

yes the difficulty to start all over again...in sg they entitle 1 day a month and some prefer to stay at home where they will be given extra $30/- in salary.. its true once they mix wrong company thats the end.
all the best! hopefully you'll get good maid eh. i agree about the part when the maids all lepak together they will definitely compare this and that. happened to my friend's maid before.

My bibik balik 2nd day of puasa. Sedih jugak dia nk balik but she has to go back due to some family problems. Pening nak fikir to train yag baru nie..hopefully she arrives one or two weeks b4 existing one balik..

memang i masih rindukan dan terkenang2 waktu di Tanah Suci..harap2 ada rezeki, diberikan kesihatan yg baik dan dijemput kesana dalam masa yg terdekat.. pasal maid ni..dahla fees mahal yang amat, gaji pun dah naik, nak train lagi...memang fenin ana dibuatnya... :-)

Bukan tak nak bagi the maid keluar during their off day..but in future takut banyak sangat masaalah social ni esp there are also too many Indonesian guys yg kerja kat malaysia ni..tu yg jadi kes berpacaran..bawak balik boyfriend kat rumah..drug our childrens so that they can have 'good time'...

In the housing area sometimes this maid have their own association..petang2 berkumpul ramai2 at the playground..then macam2 la they talk about..one of it sure compare gaji and their chores..happened to my SIL previous maid..a few weeks later dia cabut lari with the help of the "pengerusi" of the assoc..
